Refund Policy
The refund would be processed after the receipt of the item. This process may take 5-6 working days.
Return Policy
We at Sphear Clinic work hard to offer our customers with the quality product and services. The ordered item can be returned /exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
The customer can follow our standard online return/exchange procedure on www.sphearclinic.com by logging into your account. You can also write to our customer care team on [email protected]
Here are a few returns guidelines customers need to comply:
- Return/exchange needs to be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
- All returned/exchanged items must be unused, and returned in original unopened packing. We will not accept any items If it is opened/used
- If a customer receives an opened, damaged product, it requires them to notify the clinic within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We may request customer to share a snapshot at [email protected]
- Any returned item received by us that did not comply with our policy will be dispatched back to the customer at their expense. Therefore, In this case, The amount will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation Policy
SpHear Clinic reserves all right to cancel orders with no explanation under any circumstance where the requirement could not be met. We ensure to notify the customer in case of order cancellation or refund. In case of the product cancellation by the customer, we reserve all right to recover the shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
We at SpHear Speech and Hearing Clinic understand how important it is for you to receive your purchased product on time in the finest condition. We accommodate the best network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.
- The product delivery time depends on customer location. We aim to have the product delivered to you in 3 to 5 business working days once we dispatch it from the Clinic
- Free shipping is applicable on orders above Rs 3000.
- We reserve all right to recover the shipping charges in case of product order cancellation by a customer even on an order value above Rs 3000.
- We will refund the order amount including delivery charges in case an order is cancelled by SpHear Clinic or lost in transit.
