We at Sphear Clinic work hard to offer our customers with the quality product and services. The ordered item can be returned /exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

The customer can follow our standard online return/exchange procedure on www.sphearclinic.com by logging  into your account. You can also write to our customer care team on [email protected]

Here are a few returns guidelines customers need to comply:

• Return/exchange needs to be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
• All returned/exchanged items must be unused, and returned in original unopened packing. We will not accept any items If it is opened/used
• If a customer receives an opened, damaged product, it requires them to notify the clinic within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We may request customer to share a snapshot at [email protected]
• Any returned item received by us that did not comply with our policy will be dispatched back to the customer at their expense. Therefore, In this case, The amount will not be reimbursed.
